with a windows 10 host (1809 with the latest cumulative updates including the one that fixes keyboard/mouse/game stuttering), workstation 15 (15.0.2 build-10952284) and two linux guests (1) fedora 29 and (2) centos 7, both kept up-to-date - bridged networking fails for both. each has an 'UP' virtual interface and the standard set of routes. i can ping each from inside each. i can ping the other from inside either. but if i ping the default gateway, i get "host unreachable". if i ping a non-vmware host on the local subnet, i also get "host unreachable". i've reset the virtual network interface to its default value without any affect. i haven't tried to reinstall vmware yet and frankly don't want to. thoughts/comments? this can't just be affecting me.
