Hi Phillip,
In addition to what FlorianPE asked, perhaps you could clarify what you are attempting here. To make it easier is it possible to things some generic names so we don't get lost? Something like:
- Old host = esxi03
- Old host datastore = ds03
- Old VM = vm03
- New host = esxi02
- New host datastore = ds02
- New VM = vm02 (might still be called vm03 as you copied it)
With this are you trying one of the following:
- Are you trying to remove vm03 (original VM before copying) from ds03 on esxi03?
- Are you wanting to make ds03 available to esxi02?
