Keyboard issue - non-responding keys

Hello,

When remotely logged in using VMWare Horizon, some keys (in particular Ctrl and Alt) do not work, but most of the rest of the keyboard is fine.

I am using Windows Home 10, on a Linx 12x64 integrated tablet.

Would anyone know how to fix this?
