Script for remote shutdown VCenter 6.5 Appliance

Dear All,

Based on some issue on the PowerChute Network Shutdown. It found the the VCenter appliance cannot be normal shutdown and fall in the maintenance mode. If Vmotion the Guest Host (VCenter appliance) to other ESXi Server. The ESXi Server can be normal shutdown.

So, may i know have any script can be remote shutdown the VCenter 6.5 appliance though
