Issue to rebuild ESXI 5.5 after Hardware crash [ISSUE 1] Restore 6TB RAID without deleting content.

I Have 2 POWEREDGE 2900 strictly identical

When the first one crashed, I put all disks in the second one at the same place.

I started the machine and, after solving some network issues I have datastore issues :

My devices are

A - 2 Disks compose a 67GB storage called datastore1 (Local DELL Disks)

B - 4 Disks compose a 1TB storage called main (Local DELL Disks)

C - 4 Disks compose a 6TB storage called RAID  (Local DELL Disks)

I saw my VM as unknow (innacessible)

I recreated A and B. I see the list of my virtual machines (but VM doesn't start for now).

My big issue is when I want to recreate the 3rd datastore, I select Disk/LUN

I select VMFS-5

On the next screen, I have a Warning : (I translate from French) This configuration will delete the current disk disposition, All filesystems and data will be lost definitively.

I can't loose those files.

What could I do to restore the RAID without deleting all my data ?
