Please bear with me if I ask some dumb questions but just don't want to make any assumptions here
but I cannot add the VCSA to AD as it is added via IP
I'm assuming here that you are saying there is no IP connectivity between the new VCSA and the AD that you need to join - if so then yes that would be correct.
Why cannot you not simply plug the new equipment into the corp network? Is it due to IP conflicts or because they have been configured with different IP addresses that are not from the corp network? This is the part I'm a little confused with.
