Guest cannot get ipv4 address

Hi,

I have used my vmware workstation for awhile without problem.  I have a few guests.  Vmware is running on Windows and all guests run ubuntu.  All guests use NAT.  Today one of the guest hangs and I tried to "power it off" from workstation control panel, and vmware itself hangs.  So I used task manager to kill vmware.  Then I restart vmware, vmware cannot start because it complains some pipe is in use.  So I use taskmanager to kill all vmware related processes/services.  And I can restart vmware.  However none of my guests can get an ipv4 address.  Then I used "Restore Defaults" on Virtual Network Editor to restore default.  After that, the guest still cannot get ipv4 address.  I don't know what is going on here.  Everything looks normal.  See Screenshot.  Please help.  Thanks!
