Hi,
Been trying to get any OS X version running inside Fusion, but all the installations fail.
My Host is an iMac 27, i5, 2.9GHz 16GB, running macOS Mojave 10.14.3
Fusion 8.5 didn't work and then I upgraded to Fusion 11, but same results.
I create a new VM, then drag the installer "Install macOS Mojave" into fusion and in the final wizard step Fusion is building a new installation medium. Then the VM (2GB, 2CPU) boots and I walk through the welcome to macOS wizard. Choose language, disk and it says it will be installing for 10-15min. Then at some point the VM reboots and keeps on rebooting to this screen: 
Tried to add more memory to VMs I create but that didn't change anything. I think the security permissions are correct:
- No mention of allow Fusion ( I did click allow in the beginning)
- Allow control to my computer:
And I even gave it "full disk access".
I have no clue anymore :-)
